Two Months!

Our cute little Madison is now two months old! She enjoyed all the football during the holidays and even talked her dad and uncle to have her be in charge of the remotes.

She also made a friend during the holidays.

And got a lot of time with her Poulsen cousins.

This is her favorite position. She loves leaning forward and being scrunched.

Happy New Year!

Lori took me to get an awesome pedicure for a baby present. It was awesome

Sometimes I accidentally dress her like a gangster.

Mom got us an awesome stroller for Christmas and madison LoVEs it! I love it too. So nice running with it too.

This is what madison sees when she is in her car seat. We think we have the better view.

Dreaming about flying

I did something different to start the new year. Dyed it and cut it! The lady cut it a lot more than I wanted but oh well! Here are the before and after pictures.

Madison has been being such a perfect baby. She sleeps 6-9 hours a night already and isn't a fussy girl. She will have these random fits but honestly, she is awesome. She is smiling a ton now and is talking up a storm. She is so adorable happy. We are so lucky to have her. And I am enjoying it while it lasts because I don't know how our next kids will be :)

She still loves her swing a ton. If she is crying and I don't know what she wants and have done everything else, I will put her in it and she will stop crying and sometimes even give me a little smile. Sometimes when she is having a hard time falling asleep I will hold her pacifier in and she will grab my finger and fall asleep holding my finger. I love it.

We love our little girl! Happy 2 months our sweet beautiful girl!

Christmas

After Stewart finished up finals we headed out to California for Christmas! We are in Sacramento with Stewart's  family for a few weeks before we go down to orange county for Stewart's internship with EY. It was madison's first time driving out to California and she was a little angel.

Madison got her stocking from her aunt Mary!

Madison has been able to spend a lot of time with her cousins.

But still enjoys her naps with her mom.

Kids reacted the nativity for us. Here is the horse and cow!

There is this street here that is famous for their Christmas lights so Stewart and I went and looked at the lights for a night out.

My mom got us this hiking baby carrier and even though Madison is too small right now, we wanted to try it out! A couple more months and she will be good to go!
She slept through all of Christmas morning.

With her elves.

Stewart's sister gave us old swing. Even though the swing doesn't swing anymore, Madison loves the light and music. And when we swing her manually she will give us a cute smile
Obviously she wasn't swinging when I took that picture.

Monica and her husband took us to a Sacramento Kings basketball game. The Kings are Stewart's favorite team so e was pretty excited to go especially with how good of seats we got.

Our little Taco Sunday table decoration

There was a special highlight show of the World Series and Madison seemed to enjoy watching the man she was named after.

One Month!

This little girl is one month old today!! She is growing so much. She is up to about eleven pounds already and out of newborn clothes for good. I realized when I could only button two of the three buttons on her onesie, it was time to switch out her clothes. She is so much fun to cuddle with and makes the cutest sounds.
Bath time has become a lot more enjoyable for her since she can lounge in the water like a little hot tub.
Marissa has been our weekly Saturday night babysitter. Madison has shown her appreciation by pooping all over rissa.
She makes the cutest faces and it is fun to just sit with her sitting up looking at you to see what expressions she will make.

Javier got a new camera for his birthday so he took some pictures of her to try it out.
She was a little grumpy and wasn't too happy to be moving around a lot and having lights in her face.
We love our little madison so much. She is the cutest little girl and we are so happy she is part of our family.
She had been doing pretty well sleeping. Except her awake time is usually between 10pm and 2am. But she does let me "sleep in" until 11.
She holds her head up like a champ and looses to sit up.
