Fun fun in the sun

It has been a fun week and a half! Madison has been able to see both grandparents recently! Last weekend we went to San Diego to see Stewart's parents and sisters. We rented a house right on the beach and it was awesome. We spent the weekend trying new restaurants, skin boarding, finding shells, shopping, and just having fun. We went on this super old wood roller coaster that was so incredibly fun. Kinda scary but really fun. We also went kayaking and saw a dolphin!! It was sweet!

Madison is enjoying tummy time a little more now.

I love when I get to cuddle her while she sleeps.

For some reason, being buckled in her car seat is not her favorite thing.

We got to go to the zoo with my parents and saw some fun animals.

Madison loved the zoo! She got to watch stuff go by all day and ride in her stroller. She also loved pooping all over herself.

Grandma made sure she saw the coolest animal, the elephant.

Yup... She loved it.

We also went to the beach. Another one of Madison's favorite activities. Especially with grandma playing with her.

We tried a place that was on diners, drive ins, and dives

We did her blessing this morning and both of our parents were able come. It was a very happy and spiritual time. I am so grateful for my family.

Madison also got to spend her Sunday afternoon with her grandma Rae.

3 Months!!!

Our sweet little girl is three months old today!
She is starting to smile more and more and even laugh. It is so much fun. She still sleeps a ton which is nice. And for the most part she is sleeping through the night! Going to bed around 9pm and sleeping until six or seven. But of course there are some nights where she will wake up to eat.

This picture was taken for Stewart's sister who sent is a pot since we didn't have one. Madison gave this huge grin and it was just so cute.

Stewart got a rip stick and loves taking Madison around in it. Don't worry, he is very safe! And Mads loves it.

She is gaining some good neck muscles and being able to hold herself up like this pretty well.

She loves the Cougars.

We still enjoy or walks almost every day.

And our naps...

I promise she isn't always in her car seat, but she loves it so I do put her in it when I am trying to get things done.

We are also working on sitting up. She is not there yet. Haha but she looks so adorable.

She has been holding on to her feet and it's so adorable.

Some yummy snacks!

She is also working on chewing her feet. Which makes me just want to pick her up and hold her tight because I can't stand how cute it is.

This is a preview to an up coming video of a milestone! Proud momma haha

Happy three months Madison!!!

Salty Air

Well it has been almost a month since we moved down here.  I have been enjoying it a lot more than I thought I would.  We live in  a spot that is close to a lot of things and since I don't have a car- it has come in handy to keep me entertained.  My mom and dad got us a stroller that has been a lifesaver while down here because I would not be doing as much without it.  And Madison loves it.  If we don't go out by 4pm she will start getting fussy until I put her in the carseat... then if we don't leave soon she starts fussing until we get outside and I put her in the stroller.  Usually, she doesn't make a peep. She loves watching the trees and buildings pass by and eventually will fall asleep.

Stewart got this sweet Jesus action figure for Christmas and Madison loved it.

She got her two months shots and took them like a champ.  She only cried for maybe 30 seconds and was an angel afterward. She was smiling almost right after and slept a lot.  She did get a little fussy at night and seemed a little sore but her dad was there to hold her hand and make her feel better.

She still loves her swing.  A LOT. She also always kicks her right leg.  It's pretty cute.

These next two were taken during a couple mornings.  She is so smiley after sleeping all night and it just melts my mommy heart.

She loves bath time now and is (almost) always a happy girl during and after.

I love her kissable cheeks..

Her dad likes to play dress up with her.  Not the usual princess dresses, but she probably would enjoy them the same amount.

We finally made it to the beach! And Madison loved it.  I thought she wouldn't like the cooler water but she absolutely enjoyed it.  And she liked the sand on her feet, too.

Enjoying her swing even more...

She gave me this look one morning and I couldn't help but take a picture.
